When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect the following information:
Name, company name, email address, selected service, and any message you choose to include.
We do not collect any data passively (no cookies, no analytics trackers, no third-party scripts) unless you explicitly submit the contact form.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, or pass on your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox via Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Formspree processes your submission in order to deliver it to us. You can read Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
4. Data retention
Your data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry — typically no longer than 12 months. We do not store your data in a database. Submissions exist only as emails in our inbox and are deleted when no longer needed.

This website does not currently use cookies or tracking scripts. If this changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner will be added.
